TIM FAVA - PRESIDENT
Tim founded Anchors of Hope Foundation with a simple conviction: no one should have to struggle alone. Known for his heart for people and his action-driven spirit, Tim created AOHF as a way to turn compassion into real-world impact - To Be the Difference when it matters most. He loves connecting with people from all walks of life and seeing the joy that Hope brings. When he's not leading AOH, Tim can be found playing bass guitar and enjoying life as a proud father of eight. He loves a having a big family and sharing Hope.
To him, Hope is a Beacon of Light in the darkness — a reminder that relief within sight.

JAMIE FAVA - VICE PRESIDENT
Jamie joined Anchors of Hope Foundation out of a genuine desire to help others and strengthen her community. She believes a community is at its best when people come together to support one another. Guided by Acts 20:35
"It is better to give than to receive," Jamie finds joy in
serving with a giving heart. Outside of AOHF, she's a dedicated Zumba instructor and proud sports mom to her eight kids. To Jamie, hope is something you can count on -a steady reminder that you're never alone.

STEVE BARTLETT - EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER
When his best friend began building Anchors of Hope Foundation, Steve knew he wanted to be a part of something meaningful. Driven by a heart to serve, he finds fulfillment in helping others and meeting people right where they are. Guided by his favorite verse, Matthew 6:33 — "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you," Steve keeps faith at the center of everything he does. He enjoys creating things with his hands and believes that with God, all things are possible - for He is our ultimate source of hope.

BRADY DESOUSA - EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER
Brady joined Anchors of Hope Foundation because he saw a meaningful opportunity to make a difference and share the LOVE through action. He enjoys AOHF's outreach work and values.
Guided by Philippians 4:11 - "For I have learned in whatever situation to be content," Brady approaches service with gratitude and faith. As a gifted musician, he enjoys teaching, writing, and playing music. To him, Hope means looking forward with confidence, knowing that good things are on the way —no matter the circumstance.

AMANDA BARTLETT - SECRETARY
Amanda joined Anchors of Hope Foundation after recognizing how many people in communities abroad, simply need to know they are seen, they are heard and not forgotten. She finds deep joy in witnessing the look of surprise and relief, when someone realizes help has arrived. Having personally experienced God's grace, Amanda strives to extend that same grace to others through her work with AOHF. Outside the foundation, she loves disco dancing — a lot! To Amanda, Hope represents a future filled with unexplainable peace.
